• Saxon Hall- Large modern community function rooms for hire. Also used by playgroup, keep fit class, town band, bowls club and various other organizations.
  
• Health Care- Three medical practices are available.
  
• 999- The town has its own fire station and local police office.
  
• Churches- St.Peters, Church of England, Raunds Methodist Church, Catholic Church.
  
• Library- The town libary is housed in its own modern building in the high street.
  
• Banking- Barclays Bank and National Westminister Bank have branches with cash points in Brook Street. There are 2 Building Society sub-branches and agencies. The Raunds Co-operative Society also has a Co-op Bank branch above a small industrial complex.
  
• Retail Trade- Retail trade in the town is successful with almost 60 business premises. Industry and business are well represented. There is also a small industrial complex.
  
• Education- Park Infants School, St Peters Junior School, Windmill Primary School, The Manor School - grant maintained comprehensive community school (in excess of 1,000 pupils). A flourishing night school is also housed within the Manor School, as are many clubs and organizations.
  
• Organizations and Clubs- The local Methodist Church did a survey approximately 3 years ago and listed some 113 pastimes covering all age groups. These included keep fit clubs, Scouts, Guides, Church groups, bowls clubs, junior and senior football teams, and many more.
